    Method: Add two parts milk to one part porridge mix. Recommend intake is 45g per serving.

    To make the porridge, place the porridge mix in a saucepan with milk of your choice or water. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer gently on low heat 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally until your porridge is thick and creamy. Add a splash of milk if needed.
