This porridge is deliciously creamy and chocolatey with anti-oxidant rich Cacao powder. Contains nutrient-rich Dates, a brain booster and Figs. Oats and Barley, with lots of health benefits keep you full for longer and are rich in fiber. Almonds add a yummy crunch to your porridge and contain proteins and good fats.


Method: Add two parts milk to one part porridge mix. Recommend intake is 45g per serving.


To make the porridge, place the porridge mix in a saucepan with milk of your choice. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer gently on low heat 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally until your porridge is thick and creamy. Add a splash of milk if needed.


Top with fruits, a drizzle of honey, seeds or anything you fancy. Enjoy your perfect warming bowl of breakfast.
