Zarlasht's Chia Pudding



This dreamy recipe is by Zarlasht Adnan, a Pilates trainer and a food blogger (@zarlumunches) using Fitlicious Cinnamon Pecan Granola


Step 1: Berry Puree

Take 1 cup of frozen berries, put them in a blender and process until smooth. Gently press the mixture through a sieve using the back of a spoon. Take a spoonful of the puree and pour in a mason jar.


Step 2: Granola

I use Fitlicious Cinnamon Pecan Granola. Add a layer of Granola on top of the puree.


Step 3: Chia pudding

To prepare the Chia pudding:

Mix together 2 cups of Almond milk (or regular), 1 Tbsp Honey, 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract & 1/4 cup Chia seeds. Soak the seeds overnight and serve the next day.


Step 4: Granola

Add another generous layer of Granola


Step 5: Strawberries

Top the pudding with sliced strawberries
